Foundation Art Course - Head Construction Method: Block-In Stage
In this video set you will learn how to block-in a portrait drawing using the construction method, or a shapes to forms approach. You will learn how to start the process, and how to organize what to look for based upon how it explains the next shape to place, in an orderly and logical workflow. And, as in any tutorial I make, you will learn why these tools are important, and why the steps are in the order they are in.
This Head Construction set includes 8 videos and 4 PSD files. There are 6 complete demonstrations using 3 different mediums, charcoal, ballpoint pen, and digital. The videos are 6 minutes up to 11:30 seconds each, short enough, and to the point.

Videos 3 and 4 are ballpoint pen demonstrations with full commentary.
Videos 5 and 6 are ballpoint charcoal pencil demonstrations with full commentary.
Videos 7 and 8 are Photoshop digital drawing demonstrations with full commentary.
